When a food is exposed to high temperature fast, it may turn our hard on the outside but moist in the inside. With all those things mentioned above, it is apparent that food dehydrators are useful to have around in the kitchen. Remember that the duration of dehydration and level of temperature depend on the water content of the food and desired dryness which means it varies from one food to another.
