Attic Ladders "the doorway to another world.

There are a few things about attic room ladders that bring out the enormous kid in all of us.

More than a technique to reach the attic, they're like climbing into a tree house, sans tree.

A good friend of mine happens to live in an attic room bedroom and the first time I faced the attic room ladder, I've got to admit it was both alarming and very exciting at the same time.

Having successfully finished my first ladder climb, I felt a sense of child-like joy and pride that I had made it up the ladder without incident.

Attics are magical places. They are just like a giant walk-in wardrobe customarily stuffed with family treasures which have been long forgotten. By folding the ladder up and packing it away, the loft treasures are safe from prying eyes and therefore it adds an extra element of mystery to those who encounter the attic without a method of accessing the vault of goodies.

This would make a fantastic scene in a poser film, where all some clues to solving the case were thought to be in the loft but the key to resolving the puzzle was finding the attic room ladder so that all the queries in the attic room could take place.

Attic ladders also make dazzling storage locations themselves.

Hanging attire from them or putting books on the steps is an easy way of recollecting that a certain item wants washing or that a book needs to be read.

They are also a free gym workout "much cheaper than paying to go to the gym to do a step class. Loft ladders are ready and at your service at any point night or day for you to run up and back down its rungs to get those leg muscles toned and in top shape.

It's really surprising to me that more people don't sing the praises of the attic ladder and worship their numerous benefits in our day to day lives.

I am counseling that an Attic room Ladder Appreciation Day be announced every year where people worldwide have picnics sitting on their attic room ladders and offer thanks to the great service they have given across the year before.

One day when I am getting an attic ladder in my dream house I'm going to call him Toby. On Loft Ladder Appreciation Day I'll bake him a chocolate sponge cake and really enjoy eating it for him.
